Jessica Willman is a community organizer currently working within the Saint Paul District Council system at the Como Community Council. With over a decade of experience in non-profit work and two decades in administration and project management, she has a proven record effectively and efficiently managing large projects through state, regional, and city grants. Jessica has a strong focus on community engagement, particularly in renter organizing, and is dedicated to building equitable community gathering spaces. Personally, she enjoys biking, reading, and gathering around bonfires with neighbors and friends.
Luke Martinkosky is dedicated to preserving and restoring the environment now and for the future. He currently works as an environmental regulator in the Twin Cities metro and has experience investigating and cleaning up contaminated properties, completing environmental site assessments, and managing complex urban ecological restoration feasibility projects. Luke enjoys the challenge of multi-faceted problems and brings an intellectual curiosity to his work and everyday life. He invests in and manages residential real estate in St. Paul. In his spare time he enjoys biking, hiking, canoeing, and camping with his family.

Steve Willman is an experienced electrical engineer at a medical device startup, combining technical expertise with a knack for problem-solving. A dedicated DIY enthusiast, he brings a hands-on approach to both professional and personal projects. With board experience in the nonprofit sector and a strong proficiency in spreadsheets, he excels in operational efficiency and data management. Outside of work, he’s passionate about the outdoors, enjoying activities like mountain biking, snowboarding, and longboarding.

Matt Schneider is an Elementary School Media Specialist, teaching media literacy, technology skill, digital citizenship and a love of reading. He manages budgets and 3rd party grants with strict adherence to public accounting standards. He has board leadership experience from both the non profit and education sector. When not working, he is a book lover and an avid board game player and camper.

Lisa works as a business consultant for small and medium size businesses. She serves small businesses that need need outside help to level up their operations in order to grow.
She is excited to bring her executive leadership skills and business building skills to the board and to her local community.
Max Sanders is a sales professional with over nine years of experience at Microsoft, currently serving as a Virtualization Solution Specialist serving large enterprise financial services clients. Max has experience negotiating large complex sales agreements, working with large disparate teams, and collaborating across solution areas. Outside of work, he's passionate about playing music, pickleball and his family.
